This is my 5th anniversary of wearing a tiara for my Birthday, my Mom got this for my 30th and it is so much fun to have!
I wanted to make my own cake and do at least 4 layers. After watching the Food Network and Ace of Cakes I wanted to experiment, just a little.
I love rainbow chip icing, yummy!
