As part of a PhD you usually have to do a literature review. A literature review is finding all the published research that has ever been done on your topic and write about them. I chose to do mine on DanceSport research in general instead of on neck injuries. I did not include research that is being done on Parkinson's patients to help with their motor skills because they are not competitive dancers, even though my Grandpa Jensen died of Parkinson's so I am glad someone is doing research in that field. I submitted my literature review to the Medical Problems of Performing Arts journal, but they decided since there are only 43 articles to have me change it to a Bibliography Review. I'm only guessing how to convert it, but I think it is because there is such a small number of articles. Normally during a literature review you have over 100. People have been asking for my literature review sources, especially on academia.edu, so here is the list. However, 5 of the articles are in Italian and German, so I did not include them in my analysis.
