Boise

Corey and Sara finalized the short sale on their house and they had to quickly find a new place to live, pack, and move. So I went up to Boise with my parents to help take care of the kids, aka, get them out of the way. I hadn't seen them since my wedding weekend, so I was really excited to see the kiddos.

Summer in Provo-Beginning

I am in Provo for the Summer. I was going to go nuts if I had to skip sunshine and 100 degree weather again! And the Independence and Pioneer day celebrations! I've only been here a couple of days and I already experienced a couple of things that had forgot I missed. 

Toilet seat covers in public restrooms. Yep, I miss this.

Drinking fountains! Free water everywhere, I also missed this.

More water pressure. It takes me half the time to have a shower. I missed this too!

Riding Family Vacation Padmé Amidala's house

While we were on the ferry on Lake Como we passed this house near Lenno that look like Padmé Amidala's house from the planet Naboo from Star Wars #2. Again I went picture crazy, can you tell I'm a sci fi fan? After seeing it in person, I'm not surprised they used it in the movie, it's pretty!

Riding Family Vacation Lake Como

The last place we went to was Lake Como, Italy. We took the train from Montreux to Milan, where my Dad lost his wallet, then took the fast train to Lake Como.

We did go see the Duomo in Milan before heading to Lake Como

The whole trip Corey and Sara were making fun of people who post pictures of their food on Facebook, so Dave took a picture of his pizza we had that night for dinner. I had amazing pasta!

  

Our full day in Lake Como we took a ferry ride and enjoyed the WARM weather.

The ferry dropped us off at Bellagio and I dipped my foot in the lake. We didn't see anyone swimming, I would have if we had more time!

After dinner we strolled back to our hotel. It was so beautiful! We are definitely coming back!!
