Another Year at Girls Camp
Yet another year at Girls Camp. We were at Chase Water this year. It was the right size camp for the amount of people who were there and pretty close to where we live. Bathrooms were good and activities very well planned. Only problem was the food. They only fed us a burger and a bun for dinner on the first night. Yep, that was it. I called Dave and he brought over some salads for us. I called the Bishop to let him know we were going to be charging salads to the Young Women budget to feed the girls a well balanced meal. One of the things we are suppose to teach and the girls have to pass off is planning and cooking a well balanced meal. The rest of the meals were better... after I complained.

Lazy
I was so seriously lazy on Saturday. I don't know what came over me, but I didn't even get out of my pj's, I only ate brownies, watched tv, surfed the 'net, took a nap, just plain ol' laziness! I was not productive AT ALL! Good thing I had already planned my YW lesson for Sunday, ignored my edits until today, and didn't have to cook any food. I must have had some homesickness come over me. My cousin Lisa posted some pictures on facebook of their trip to Utah. I'm sure I am just jealous of the summer heat (it is not that warm here in England) and hangin' with family, since it was Pioneer Day yesterday. Thursday I am heading to Girls Camp and I get to teach emergency shelters. I really hope it doesn't rain or I may be homesick again!

Do all my recent post titles start with research?
It's been a while since I did a blog post because all I have been doing is writing up my research. I had a deadline of July 31st to get done and I finished today. I wrote a literature review, and Surveys #1, #2, & #3 = four possible scientific journal submissions. I still have some edits to do after my committee reads them all, but it feels good to be finally done. I've been putting off seeing and doing things with friends and I had Dave do all the cleaning and most of the cooking. Now I can go back to being normal! Yippee!!!
