Salad dressing

Dave and I were at a pub (they had 2 for 1 special) eating last night and I asked for salad dressing and the waitress gave me the options of salad cream or mayonnaise. BTW, salad cream is just a yellow version of mayonnaise. YUCK! Don't the English people know mayo is just a condiment not a dressing for salad? They did end up having a good vinaigrette.

Last week we had the Elders over for dinner and mentioned to them that Dave got all the food on the table for free, they think we are funny to get free food all the time. I know Extreme Couponing is a popular tv show in the US, but since Dave works the graveyard shift he searches the internet for free or discounted stuff. It's been fun, plus if you live in the UK (I don't know if they have this sale going on in the US) IKEA is having a 75% off this week.

Yesterday I went to a little village called Walton-on-the-Hill in Surrey so I could recruit some dancers to do my research. I wish I would have taken my camera, it is soooooooooo pretty there!

ice cream

Dave and I have discovered ChokaBlok Billionaires Shortcake ice cream. Oh boy is it YUMMY!!! If you come to visit us, we will definitely go eat some!

new name

I went to sign some paperwork the other day and I did 'Teri Riding' like usual. Then I remembered I need to add McCabe from now on. It makes me laugh when I do stuff like that. I've been Teri Riding for so long that I forget. :) The missionaries came over for dinner the other day and called us the McCabe's. It was kinda weird, but fun that we have this family of 2 now.
